Safar (letssafar.com) is an activity and experience booking platform that connects travelers with local vendors across water parks, forts, zoo safaris, and other day and hourly experiences in Gujarat, India. We built the full ecosystem end to end: a public website, native iOS and Android apps, a vendor panel for listings and pricing, and an admin panel for approvals, payouts, and operations.

The Challenge

A fragmented, offline booking process for local experiences

Vendors, travelers, and admins each lacked the tools to list, discover, and manage activity bookings in one place.
